One of the best ways to connect with other people in the church is through Community Life Groups (CLG). Whether you are new to the church or a long time attendee, we want to help you develop relationships with others in the church who are striving to become what God intended. Christianity is not a spectator sport. If you are feeling like a bystander who is not connected in caring relationships, we encourage you to make the effort to become an active participant not only in a church service, but in a CLG as well.
Our CLGs all share a common vision to put into practice the beliefs and values we have in common. We want to help each other be transformed into authentic followers of Christ. For these small groups, that transformation is demonstrated specifically by being interdependent, inclusive (cross generational), neighborly, hospitable and missional. We seek to care for one another deeply and from our filled hearts reach out to those close to us as well as impact those who are on the fringe. So, whether you are single or married, young or old, you will find a place to belong in a CLG.
A committed leader who loves God and His people leads these groups. While none of the leaders are perfect, they are trustworthy and are not only committed to helping you grow, but are also in process themselves. They understand that God’s grace takes into account our failures. This gracious atmosphere sets the foundation for us to move beyond our shortcomings to become more and more like Jesus.
